Product Description
6 dual-speed switch control output + 1 analog feedback tonnage setting crane industrial wireless remote control, the complete set includes 1 transmitter + 1 receiver, the remote control distance is provided according to 100 meters. The receiver end includes 12 single and double speed relay outputs, 1 0-10V analog input feedback, and 1 normally open relay output corresponding to emergency stop.
Transmitter button layout and function description
1) The transmitter side buttons include 6 double-speed buttons up, down, east, west, north and south, 1 "lock/unlock" button, 1 alarm button, start + emergency stop knob, and 1 LCD display. Each double-speed button corresponds to the double arrow pointing.
2) Weight setting: 1 analog 0-10V input is fed back to the transmitter to display different tonnage settings correspondingly, when the emergency stop is photographed + the "lock/unlock" button is photographed + the "west" button is pressed, the LCD screen The interface can enter the tonnage setting interface. At this time, the two buttons "up" and "down" become digital scroll buttons. Unlock the button to achieve the purpose of tonnage setting. For example, if the set tonnage is 10 tonnage, 0-10V input is divided into 100 parts, and every 0.1V is the corresponding value of 0.1 tonnage.
3) 6 double-speed buttons, conventionally pressed for single speed, quick double-click to achieve double speed, single speed 1 speed relay output, double speed 1 speed 2 speed relay output, and up and down jog interlock, east and west jog Interlock, north-south jog interlock.
4) Start + emergency stop knob, emergency stop corresponds to 1 relay output. Start is to start the power switch of the transmitter itself, and at the same time, the output control loop of the receiver is turned on. At this time, the device at the controlled end is energized and the emergency stop is photographed, and all outputs can be cut off instantly. The start button on the transmitter side is turned off, the transmitter side power is turned off, and after 5 seconds, the receiver side can also emergency stop by itself to ensure safety!
